Terms and Conditions
Note: Unmarried couples are not permitted, and local IDs will
not be accepted.
1. Check-In and Check-Out :
- Check-in time is from 01:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is
before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability
and may incur additional charges.
2. Reservation and Payment :
- All reservations require a valid email confirmation and 50%
advance to secure the booking.
- Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in, and additional
charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
- The 7M Cottage reserves the right to pre-authorize credit/debit
cards before arrival.
- Any incidental charges incurred during the stay will be settled
by the guest upon check-out.
- The 7M Cottage reserves the right to charge the guest for the
cost of any excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacement of damaged
items.
3. Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellations made 15 Days or more prior to the arrival date are
eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date will be
charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be
charged 80% of the total booking amount.
- In case of a no-show or failure to cancel within the specified
period, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Children and Extra Guests :
- The maximum number of guests per room is limited to the
occupancy rate specified during the booking process.
- Children under the age of 5 years can stay in existing beds free
of charge.
- Extra beds are available upon request and subject to additional
charges.
5. Identification and Age Requirement :
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon
check-in.
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years old. Guests
below this age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6. Smoking Policy :
- Our 7M Cottage maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all
indoor areas. A designated smoking area is available outside the
premises of 7M Cottage for guests who wish to smoke.
7. Pet Policy :
- Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of
service animals as required by law.
8. Damages and Theft :
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to 7M
Cottage property during their stay.
- The 7M Cottage is not liable for any loss of personal belongings
or valuables.
9. Behavior and Disturbances :
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other
guests' peace and comfort.
- Excessive noise or any disturbance that affects other guests'
stay may result in eviction without refund.
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and
considerate manner, refraining from any behavior that disturbs
other guests.
- Parties and events that may disturb the comfort of other guests
are not permitted in the rooms or public areas.
10. Facilities and Amenities :
- The 7M Cottage reserves the right to close or limit access to
certain facilities for maintenance or other reasons without prior
notice.
- The 7M Cottage is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or
illnesses that occur during the stay on 7M Cottage premises or
within its facilities.
- Guests are encouraged to use the 7M Cottage's amenities and
facilities responsibly and at their own risk.
11. Force Majeure :
- The 7M Cottage shall not be liable or responsible for any
failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires,
strikes, or any other events classified as force majeure.
12. Privacy Policy :
- The 7M Cottage respects guests' privacy and handles personal
information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Modification of Terms and Conditions :
- The 7M Cottage reserves the right to modify or update these
terms and conditions as necessary. Guests will be informed of any
changes in advance.
14. Weather and Road Conditions :
- In the event of severe weather conditions or road closures,
please be advised that for your safety and comfort, we reserve the
right to shift room reservations to a similar 7M Cottage of equal
or higher standard within close proximity, ensuring your stay
remains pleasant and hassle-free.
15. Liability :
- The 7M Cottage is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or
illnesses that occur during the stay on 7M Cottage premises or
within its facilities.
By making a reservation and checking in, guests acknowledge that
they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms
and conditions during their stay at the 7M Cottage.

Cancellation Policy
At 7M Cottage, we understand that plans may change, and sometimes,
it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation. Our cancellation
policy is designed to be fair and reasonable while also ensuring
that we can effectively manage our bookings. Please review the
following cancellation guidelines:
1. Standard Cancellation :
- Reservations canceled 15 or more days before the scheduled
check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit or
prepayment made at the time of booking.
- Reservations canceled within 15 days of the scheduled check-in
date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of
the total booking amount.
- Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date will
be charged 80% of the total booking amount.
2. Peak Season or Special Events :
- During peak seasons or for reservations made during special
events, the cancellation policy may be more restrictive.
- Reservations canceled 15 or more days before the scheduled
check-in date during peak seasons or special events will receive a
partial refund of the deposit or prepayment, minus an
administration fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
- Reservations canceled within 15 days of the scheduled check-in
date during peak seasons or special events may not be eligible for
any refund.
3. Non-Refundable Reservations :
- Some rate plans, promotions, or special offers may be classified
as non-refundable. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled
or modified, and the total booking amount will be charged at the
time of booking.
4. Group Bookings :
- For group bookings (defined as 10 or more rooms), a separate
cancellation policy will apply, and specific terms will be
communicated at the time of reservation.
5. No-Show Policy :
- Guests who fail to check-in on the scheduled arrival date
without prior notice will be considered a "no-show."
- No-shows will be charged for the full booking amount for the
entire reserved stay.
6. Cancellation Procedure :
- To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservation team
directly via phone or email using the contact details provided in
your booking confirmation.
- Please make sure to provide your reservation details for a
smooth and efficient cancellation process.
7. Refund Process :
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business
days after the cancellation request is approved.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method
used during the booking process.

rate plan selected, the length of stay, and the time of booking.

- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Advance payment of 50% is required to secure and guarantee your
reservation at the time of booking.
- For certain rate plans, promotions, or special offers, full
payment may be required at the time of booking, and these
reservations will be classified as non-refundable.
2. Accepted Payment Methods :
- We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover.
- We accept bank transfer / UPI / online transfers.
- Cash payments are also accepted but require the provision of a
valid credit card for authorization purposes during check-in.
- Personal are not accepted.
3. Payment at Check-In :
- Upon arrival, guests are required to present the credit card
used for the reservation during checkin.
- We will pre-authorize the credit card for the total amount of
the stay, including any additional charges or incidentals.
- If the guest chooses to pay with a different credit card or
method during check-in, the original credit card will be released
from the pre-authorization hold, and the new payment method will
be charged accordingly.
4. Incidental Charges :
- Guests may incur incidental charges during their stay, such as
room service, minibar usage, spa services, etc.
- The 7M Cottage will collect a deposit or pre-authorization on
the credit card provided to cover potential incidental charges.
- Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded upon
check-out.
5. Currency and Taxes :
- All rates and charges are quoted and processed in the local
currency of the 7M Cottage (e.g., INR - Indian Rupees).
- Taxes and applicable service charges will be added to the final
bill as required by local regulations.
6. Third-Party Payments :
- Third-party payments may be accepted, subject to the The 7M
Cottage's approval and necessary authorization forms.

third-party payments.
7. Group Bookings :
